DESPITE DEFEATED IN THE FINAL, WELCOME OF THE CROATIAN TEAM LIKE HEROES

Zagreb: Despite defeat in the Fifa World Cup 2018 Final Match, the Croatian team was welcomed as heroes on the return of the country. There were more than a million people present in welcoming their players on the mainland of the capital.

Croatian players led by Captain and Gold Ball Winner of Football World Cup 2018 Luka Modrić participated in a parade on the open roof bus. Most people wore red & white shirts, Flags are wrapped in their hands, whirling them and tribute to their players.
